live their best life, making healthy choices in a non-diet approach, creating long lasting results
Combined with hypnosis and practical techniques that will make your journey fun and exciting, you are able to
lose weight in a sensible and sustaining way
Perhaps initial sensitising events created “the problem” resulting in “I’m not good enough” “not worthy”, self-
sabotaging, creating habits that resulted in unhealthy choices
Using traditional coaching methods and hypnosis, long lasting changes can be maintained, and a rich and
fulfilling life can be achieved.
