Anxiety is a feeling of overwhelm, uneasiness, unfocused, are generally about something that hasn’t even happened yet, its the expectation of a future threat. Unlike FEAR which is a response to a real or immediate threat.

Can be accompanied by fatigue, tension, inability to focus, restlessness and problems concentrating. Anxiety is normal to an extent, we all have it to an EXTENT. But when someone experiences this all the time, the person may suffer from an anxiety disorder. People suffering anxiety may withdraw from events where they felt anxious previously. It can be a short term state or a long term trait. Either way Hypnosis is a fast and safe way to help with anxiety, learning tools and relaxation techniques
