2 States Love or Fear

There is only 2 states LOVE or FEAR

As you travel your journey of life, you will understand that in every moment you are either in a state of LOVE or a state of FEAR

When you are in a state of fear, the animalistic side of your brain is in control and you are in a state of fight or flight

Higher reason and a state of morality cannot play into this situation when the animalistic side takes over

Although your brain is not a muscle as such, it does act like one, forming stronger connections between feelings, states, making them stronger

When you are in a state of LOVE your higher part of your brain takes over, your skills of higher reason are present, along with the love states that support this

OK…..so how do we follow steps to live in a state of LOVE NOT FEAR

  1. Check in with yourself every hour, set an alarm, check in with your self, “ am I in a state of love or fear”?
  2. Breathe in to all 4 sides of your lungs, hold for 3, then exhale REPEAT 4 times
  3. Focus on one thing, your cup of tea, your hand, really focus on it, describe in your mind what you see, just for 90 seconds, what do you feel as you drink in that 90 seconds of “presence”

Love is a state of being that we can create consciously
